Floods and Storms and Earthquakes

What a beginning to this year.

My heart goes out to you all with these words, like the painting is called,

"A New Beginning".

May you receive Courage and Hope, after the rain comes sunshine, after the storm a great calm, and may you know, that there is light, bright shining at the end of the tunnel.

Psalm 91

¹He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

²I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

³Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

⁴He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

⁵Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

No Sleep

The sleep of a laborer is sweet,

whether they eat little or much,

but as for the rich, their abundance

permits them no sleep.

Generous Spirit

One person gives freely, yet gains even more;

another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.

Children’s children are a crown to the aged,

and parents are the pride of their children.
