All in a Days Work

A brilliant cool morning. After a half an hours walk, breakfast and devotion, I am ready to take on the world. Pick up my brushes, mix my paints, acrylic this time a subject from the Rain Forest in the back woods of Hasting Street. It is coming on quite well, it is a thrill to blend and shade the bright contrast of the sun under the trees.
Off to the library for a course of "Marketing with No Money, intense 2 hours, a brilliant lesson in how to tackle the internet in Marketing your products.
Back home for more computer works, and so for preparing your schedule for the next day...................Life is worth living, don't you agree...........

"The Enchanted Forest"

Early morning walk I came across this special place in the rain forest. The beauty, the stillness, the shadows, captured my intention to make a very special painting of this lovely spot, deep in the forest.
The master painter Himself, the Great I Am, the Creator of all the beauty around us, we can but borrow and recreate the magnificent art work for the eyes to behold.
A beauty like this, is what draws the people out of the cities. My main purpose for painting special sites like these, is to share with people, the less fortunate, that are not able to enjoy this on daily basis, just to have a lovely painting like this on that wall, that, will brighten up any room.

Floods and Storms and Earthquakes

What a beginning to this year.
My heart goes out to you all with these words, like the painting is called,
"A New Beginning".

May you receive Courage and Hope, after the rain comes sunshine, after the storm a great calm, and may you know, that there is light, bright shining at the end of the tunnel.

Psalm 91

1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

No Sleep

The sleep of a laborer is sweet,
whether they eat little or much,
but as for the rich, their abundance
permits them no sleep.

another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.

"CHILDREN"

Children’s children are a crown to the aged,

and parents are the pride of their children.
